About us
The world needs healing. The time is now and we are the ones we’ve been waiting for. Come join us for an international gathering of Rites of Passage leaders. This is a 4-day in-person event that will bring together an extensive network of those who initiate young men and women into adulthood. Come share your work, learn about Rites work happening across the country, and create new connections.
Each one, teach one. Come as an expert and as a student. Teach fellow participants about your ongoing work and contributions to Rites of Passage. Learn about other programs and initiatory experiences happening across the country, and around the globe.
Why attend?
Connecting face to face, heart to heart. This will be a space to slow down and unplug. We will be at a lakeside youth camp facility where room and board are fully taken care of. Participants will be lodged in bunk bed cabins and a full kitchen team will cater our meals. Our focus will be to create new connections, learn from each other, and plant seeds for future collaborations. We will have a balance of structured large-group meetings, break out sessions, and informal down-time to socialize.
